Yesterday I arrange for two wrestling coaches to teach my BJJ class in Hertfordshire. The focus was taken downs and shots.

The two coaches are pure wrestlers (both have wrestled sine the age of 11 and, incredibly, both now over 65 years old) but have worked with MMA guys, so the aim was for them to teach us the core wrestling fundamentals that we can then take and apply to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu situations.
