Dan Riding "I chose to shop at the BJJ Gi Shop as I found that for the Gi I had researched and wanted (Tatami Black Zero G Gi) their prices where the best online, inc free delivery. The sale transaction was slick and simple and within 3 days my first Gi arrived. No matter how much you research Gi sizes its tough to chose the right size, I bought too big as to allow for shrinkage however when I unpacked the Gi it was MILES too big, at this point I worried as I read on most sites that they wouldn't accept returns and it was important to choose the correct size. It was awesome to read that the BJJ Gi Shop did take no hassle returns so I dropped the shop an email. Shortly after sending my email I received a phone call from Enzo at the shop to say that a return Gi would be organised and it was explained to how I went about returning my Gi to them. We also had a brief chat on where my BBJ knowledge was at and how I found being a newby to the sport and we spoke briefly about my club. Again, within that same week my smaller Gi was posted to me and I was able to wear it for that weeks session. Enzo's communication went far beyond what was expected and it made the whole experience of buying my first Gi a pleasant one. He also sent out a separate "Thank-You" note, thanking me for my custom, the misses said this was a nice touch.

I would HIGHLY recommend shopping at the BJJ Gi Shop, if not for their prices and for their speedy delivery times but for their communication and no hassle exchanges if necessary. I'll deffo be shopping here again"
